Service/Support
Customer support is our top priority. We have highly trained
staff that can provide all aspects of design, development, fabrication,
qualifications and in-field turnkey project execution. Our personnel
are trained in all the disciplines required to minimize any potential
down time while insuring the quality targets are exceeded. Our
home office pledges full time support on a 24/7 basis by phone,
fax and email. Additionally, we stock a large inventory of equipment
and components required to support our customers on a moment's
notice.
Rental Equipment
Encompass Machines has welding systems available for use on
a rental basis. These systems can be used to evaluate a system
for a particular application or used on small-scale projects
that do not justify direct purchase or equipment. They may also
be used to supplement our customer's existing equipment on large-scale
projects.
Each system is fully inspected and meets our OEM specifications
prior to shipping. Additionally. our rental fleet is constantly
being updated to the latest design improvements.

Training
Training is one of the most important aspects of achieving success
with automated systems. Our training is designed to give the
end user the skills necessary to utilize the equipment to its
fullest extent. Encompass Machines will conduct training classes
at the customer's location or at our facility.
We also will provide training on preventative maintenance and
teardown of the welding equipment. It has been our experience
that proper maintenance of the equipment will greatly enhance
its long term performance, as well as extend its overall life.
A few hours invested here can save many hours when welding on
site.
